I started this journey back in 2014, when I saw affordable housing beginning to dry up — a challenge that’s only grown more urgent since then. Having experienced housing insecurity myself, I understood how important it is to have a safe, stable place to come home to. I once rented in a shared living environment that showed me both the potential and the pitfalls of this kind of housing. The idea was right, but the lack of structure made it messy - literally. That experience shaped the foundation of SharePad — a place where affordable housing meets accountability. Every home I offer is built on clear rules, respect for shared spaces, and an emphasis on trust. It’s not just about having a roof overhead; it’s about fostering an environment where people can feel secure, respected, and at home together.
I have learned a lot from each home and experience with each tenant over the years, and I take that experience with me to each new project I start.
